Once you are on the detail page for the property you will see an orange button labeled ‘apply now’. Click the button and you will then be able to fill out an application and pay the application fee with a credit card online.
Yes, for most of our properties you will sign a 12 month lease that covers our responsibilities to each other throughout your tenancy. We will go over each part of the lease to ensure you understand it. After your application is accepted, your deposit is received (cashier’s check or money order only), and your lease is signed, we’ll hand you the keys to your home!

Yes, we email you a monthly report of rent and other income received, and maintenance, repairs, and other expenses incurred. This will be provided once per month. We are happy and eager to answer any questions associated with your reports.
We comply fully with the Fair Housing Act. This means that you can not choose to disallow anyone that is a member of a protected class under the act. You can choose to disallow pets and not permit smoking in your home, but you cannot deny a service animal. All pets will also be screened by a third party screening service, petscreening.com.
Residents are able to pay their rent online 24/7 with our online resident portal. Simply login and pay. We accept debt cards, credit cards, ACH, and WIP (walk in payments). Residents are also able to view their rental history payments.
